How Do I Report Stolen Cell Phones?

An acquaintance of mine calls me on a different phone number every month or so. He claims the number is his own, but when I try calling it back, I get messages saying that the service is canceled. I suspect that he is stealing other peoples’ cell phones and using them to make calls. How do I go about reporting this? I do not know the service providers for the phones.

    Sorry Im not the most wisest here, but I would call the cops. You dont know if that dude has been jumping guys for their phones.

    Try the FCC. They probably have a tip line.
