   You can use an iphone to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos/playlists from iphone to my computer iTunes directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.

   Plug your iPod into iTunes and then click File >> Transfer purchases
   Make sure before you do this you authorize your computer for your iTunes account first
   Dont bother with the 3rd party applications as this is the best way to transfer with them using only Apple software

   you cant unless you still have the songs in your library. you cant transfer songs from ipod to itunes
