razr v3 is nice, has mp3 ringer and mpeg4 video playback. the camera though is only vga which means about 0.6 megapixel.
if that aint matter then razr v3 is a good buy. if you really want the best then go for motorola z12 or nokia n95. hope i help!
the best cell phone is the nokia n95 8gb.. =) it has almost everything! =)
If your going to get a Motorola you should get a Motorazr2. It has an mp3 player in it and other cool stuff too. But it is still kinda expensive.
